I just ate the Pumpkin Spice Stroopies. It came in a yarn subscription box, and I finally had the courage to taste it. First, know that I have lived in the Netherlands and have eaten stroopwaffles hot off the street. Also, unless you speak Dutch you won't get how clever the company name is. The Dutch love to give nouns a diminutive suffix, i.e. stroopjes. (Strohp-yeahs - Please pronounce with the long o sound, like the Dutch do), but I digress... Stroopies isn't quite the same as Stroopjes, but it's pretty darn close. So... on the the review of the Pumpkin Spice Stroopies That Came In a Yarn Box: HOLY COW! THAT WAS DELICIOUS. Well done! I wished I lived nearby.

Funny story, I currently live in Northern Virginia (but I'm from Lancaster, PA) and one of my favorite local coffee shops I go to there sell these Stroopies! And that's how I found out about them! Being born and raised in Lancaster, I was so happy to find out they were actually from Lancaster itself, which meant I could come back to my hometown anytime and get as much as I want 😭 These Stroopies are crack, forreal 😭

Update: I'm happy to share that I received the missing item from my purchase. I wish more companies would demonstrate this level of commitment to providing a positive customer experience. Thank you so much; we will definitely be returning next year. Stroopies had a stall at Christkindlmarkt, and we purchased two large bags of stroopwafels while we were there. We were charged for both bags; however, we only received one bag. It may have just been an oversight, but I'm submitting a review in case others had a similar experience while there. Additionally, the person assisting us with our purchase was not pleasant to interact with.

Excellent customer service on Sept. 2nd, first visit from NJ, but not last. The stroopwafel crumbs were delicious. I've been nibbling away at the bag since last Saturday :-)
